How Milestone Motors Was Born

Milestone Motors was never just about cars — it was about family, resilience, and purpose.
Founded in 2018 by brothers Jonathan and Fernando, the shop was born from a shared dream to break free from the typical 9-to-5 grind. After spending years in the industry — including Fernando’s decade-long career at BMW — the brothers took a bold step: they both quit their jobs, traveled to Russia for 30 days to reset, and came back determined to build something of their own.

They started with car sales, but quickly realized it wasn’t aligned with their core values. The culture felt transactional and disconnected. So they pivoted — shifting into auto repair, where they could build long-term relationships and take care of people the right way.
By 2020, the shop was finding its rhythm. Then came the COVID-19 pandemic — and something even more unexpected. Jonathan suddenly suffered complete kidney failure. In the middle of a global crisis, the brothers were faced with one of the biggest challenges of their lives. Without hesitation, Fernando donated his kidney to save his brother’s life.
That moment changed everything.

Milestone Motors became more than just a business. It became a symbol of sacrifice, strength, and doing things the right way — no matter the cost. It’s a place built on trust, quality, and a deep belief that excellence isn’t just what you do — it’s who you are.
