I was having a problem with my BMW Z3 and a friend of mine told me about Milestone Motors and it was the best information I ever got. Fernando is very knowledgeable about BMW's and he takes the time to explain everything to the customer. He found the problem right away and looked the car over and explained everything to me. I couldn't be happier with the service and the next time my car needs service I'll be right back at Milestone Motors.

This shop is a well oiled machine. Fernando is very personable and extremely professional, I respect that a lot. They are a little bit on the pricier side but you get what you pay for, top notch service doesn't come cheap. Keep up the good work, I'll make sure I spread the word.

When my 2012 BMW 328i hardtop convertible had a problem, I wasn't sure where to turn to. The convertible top was stuck in the down position and wouldn't move. Being new to the area, I searched online to find service I could trust and rely on. Should I bring to the dealer or any number of repair facilities. I saw and was impressed with the reviews of Milestone Motors and decided to give them a call. I discovered they specialized in BMW repairs. Fernando answered the phone and suggested that I bring the car in for him to determine what was wrong and what it would take to repair. So I brought it to him with half of the convertible top sticking up in the air as I drove. Fernando was most gracious, addressed my needs and explained all they would do to check out my car. I had to leave the car for a couple days for him and his team to analyze the problem so he called a Lyft for my return home. A couple days later he explained that a module needed to be replaced to solve the problem. He would order the part and it would take a week or so to receive. In the meantime, they were able to put the top up manually so I could drive the car while we waited for the part. In any event, long story long, he got the part, fixed the car and everything is working perfectly now. I am so grateful I found Fernando and Milestone Motors to service my Beemer needs.

I brought our used Mini Cooper to Fernando to inspect to let us know what kind of shape it is in. We bought it thru Carvana and if it had serious problems we could have them take it back. Fernando found numerous small problems but in general said the car is in good shape. He then contacted Carvana and they agreed to pay him to correct all of the issues, even including replacing the air filter and wipe blades. Now we have total confidence in our Mini, Milestone Motors, and Carvana.
