The Milestone Motors story began when owner and operator, Fernando Osorio, earned an all inclusive scholarship to the BMW/MINI STEP program. After his education, Fernando sought to put into practice the knowledge and skills that he required through his training and education. He began his employment at Braman BMW, where he quickly learned the ins and outs of the electronics and processing systems. After several years as a service technician, Fernando was promoted to shop foreman, a position where he managed a team of 10 technicians and had the responsibility to communicate directly with regional engineers.
Eager to challenge himself and to push beyond his comfort level to discover where improvements could be made in his craft, it was time for Fernando to begin a new venture and build his own empire. Having the skills and knowledge of over a decade working with BMW vehicles, he was confident it was only a matter of shifting his focus to excellent customer service - the rest would follow. Fernando noticed from working in the industry that there was often a binary approach to customers, meaning that they were simply seen as a number. He wanted to change this.
Thus, Milestone Motors was born. Fernando’s approach to the business was to build a relationship with our customers on the foundation of honesty and integrity, rather than just a number.
