I purchased my 2017 BMW 330i in January 2021. Having had Japanese and GM vehicles for the past 30+ years, I truly appreciate the performance of the BMW, but I was not prepared for the reduced reliability compared to the Japanese cars, nor the costs for repairs. That being said, I found Milestone Motors while searching for alternatives to the dealer, as this was the third issue I had in 12 months of ownership. One issue was covered by warranty, but the one that wasn't came with a huge sticker shock from the dealer's service department. For this issue, I opted for a BMW specialist, but independent. Fernando provided service above and beyond what I have received at any repair facility. I booked an appointment on-line and got a call back to confirm a next day appointment within about 30 minutes. Then, I get a call a bit later and was offered a slot the same day since he had a cancellation. The overall experience was superb. Fernando goes above and beyond to provide impeccable service and a unique experience. He wants to learn who his customers are and build relationships (because it appears from my limited BMW ownership, I'll get to know him pretty well). As part of the service, he will do a full inspection and diagnostic. He will go over the inspection and diagnosis, make recommendations, provide input on what will be needed and an approximate time-frame, and pro-actively try to keep you driving more and in his shop less. All this in a much more rapid and MUCH more cost-effective experience than at the dealer.
